Hello. I just got my Payoneer in partnership with CPALead, but however, the new CPALead policy won't let me withdraw my money for another 48 days. I have some question about this card as it seems that the Payoneer support isn't answering (after a week): 1. If CPALead hasn't made a payment, could 3rd parties load my card? 2. Beside loading from the Credit Card, what other methods do they have? (I have 30$ PayPal and I would like to move them in my Payoneer if that's possible) 3. Are these cards accepted to PayPal/MoneyBookers/AlertPay (to add them so I could withdraw & pay from them) Thanks!
Ok regarding your questions 1. 3rd parties (if they are Payoneer Partners) can load your card even if you do not receive any payment from CPALead. But if you want your card to be loaded by any other parties / individual(using credit card) then you must first receive at least 3 payments from CPALead. 2. You can only load your card using credit card(given you received at least 3 payments from CPALead), Western Union (if you are from US) and payment from payoneer partnered companies. You can't withdraw paypal funds using payoneer cards. 3. I'm not sure about MoneyBookers and Alertpay. But you can't withdraw paypal funds using payoneer cards.
@JahidHossain: Thanks for your response. Then I can throw it away, since the new CPALead regulations say that you can't withdraw if your account is newer then 60 days (I must wait another 48 days to get the first payment). Also, because I can't withdraw to it from PayPal, nor get it loaded by 3rd parties (in the current situation), it's useless to me.
@earnincome: Well I've got my card in mail and I just set it's PIN (that type of activation). Can 3rd parties load funds in this state of the card?
I would advise you not to use this card nor load it via 3rd parties as whoever issued the card can and block cards and have had the balance of the cards sent to them. So even if you dont earn from them and load your card via a credit card and then block your account the funds on your card go to whoever issued the card.
