load jpeg type then print form script php

    I am looking for a script maybe along the lines of php where I can load a image of a form.. then have someone type on it right over the internet and then print it. I would like php... but flash or something else would work too.. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

    IMO, Flash would be the most appropriate choice in this case.

    do you know of any free flash scripts out on the web? Right now im leaning towards adobe acrobat... But I really rather have something where people will not have to download anything.
