    First of all,you cannot BACKORDER a "pending delete" domain name. Pool.com etc etc reserve this domain name once it becomes available to register,then people bid on the domain name.
    But pool.com etc cannot catch all domain names. It misses alot. You could register this EXactly when it becomes available before pool.com etc get it.
