    It has a PR of 2, even if I do not think that's any value to this domain, but some might.

    I will not sell unless I get a god offer, since I do not have to. I can just go on renew it :)

    The stuff on the site is not included (guess most of You will not even understand it)
    I just use this domain for different client projects, so it will likley change in the future if I do not sell it.
