I have seen a lot LLLLL.coms being snapped up recently and have bought a few decent ones myself. Has anyone else here joined this trend?

I've bought only a small handful of them but when you buy these type of names, you really have to be very, very selective in what you buy as there are a lot more LLLLL.com over LLLL.com names. Stick to nice sounding pronouncable ones.

yes thats true and I have stuck to buying pretty good pronouncables. I am amazed at people who just buy random five letters.

So the 5L gold rush will start when the 4L's are all taken?

Do you think that 5L's is the max this kind of game will work for - I do not see it going to 6L's?

It really amazes me as well, you're not alone ;)

All LLLL.com names have already been taken, only .net & so on is available.

I don't really seeing it go to 6L.com names as there's just too many combinations to reg.

so how much are 4L .nets and so on going for (esp. .co.uk's)?

And what about the current market price for a 5L.com?

If it is meaningful it has value, however I don't think a domain name example like this; f6rqv.com will worth.

hate to burst some bubbles, that 4 letter market bubble has popped while ago, don't buy *just because it fits a pattern*. You'd be far better served long run to do research and buy meaningful domain names, unless you just want to pray on bubbles and newcomers to the market, which is pretty scummy imo.

the whole there are too many 5L.coms, was said about 4L.coms too, add enough hype, bring enough new people in, sure they could get taken, but is it a sensible policy? probably not, also isn't helping the business earn any legitimacy.

Actually domain names don't matter a lot many times tough it needs to be short it should be easily pronounceable and users should easily remember.
