    .net kills it tbh and the letters are not that great either. Reg fee is fitting for this domain.

    Just curious then... Why would you get it appraised if you're already planning to put a site on it? Why not wait until the site is developed, then ask for an appraisal :)

    Because if people said dude that domain is worth "$x,xxx +" he would hands down ,auction the domain this very second.

    Yeah... But domains are always worth more when they've got a site to back them up. If they've got plans of developing it already, why not let us appraise it afterward?

    LLLL.com are going to reg fee to so dont expect to sell it more than reg fee
