    Site is a four letter (exact keyword match) .in domain that is ranking #1 on google.co.in (and #4 on google.com). I've put adsense on it only recently and it's making about a buck a day, but with further content it can really take off as it's already considered an authority site by google.

    It has a few strong backlinks, including one from wikipedia so the ranking is pretty stable.
