The domain is VURK.COM

Please let me know how much you think it is worth. I think I got it at a bargain, but I want to hear other people's opinion.

 

IMHO I would say between $40-$100 at the current market price.

$40-100 seems like a price for a unpronounceable domain. Seems a bit low to me... personally I expect this domain to be able to fetch in the low $1,XXX.

I have no idea how the others got to their appraisal but I definately agree with you that this is a Low $x,xxx name, pronouncable & good letter combo.

It's a short pronouncable, 1 consonant LLLL.com so that makes it a good combo IMO. If it was Vukr.com, or Vkru.com, etc, that's a different story.

So it sold in my price range? Where was this name listed?

 

I follow the LLLL market quite closely (have my self a few and keep investing. This is a very good LLLL range is 700$ to 1.2K to a reseller. End user can go anywhere.

 

Going by the recent lll.com sales at sedo this is by far the most pronounceable of the lot. Should go for mid-high $xxxx. A real gem.

i believe OP bought it for $1500..the llll.com are going crazy in the last two month though. Name that was sold for reg fee half years ago are selling for mid xx now...i will sit down and watch the bubble burst

Yup. Pronounceable LLLL.coms far outstrip the rest, therefore cvcv, vcvc & cvcc are the highest pricewise.

Well worth 1.5k imho, even with the v, u and k, simply because it passes the phone test.

The only bubble that would burst or should I say slow in value, would be the crap letter combos like qzxw.com, pronouncable & good letter ones will continue rising IMO.

 

yup, pronounceable will keep going up but those crap letter combo will go down in the future

And those are the ones with 'bad' letters... not going to happen anytime soon, one mans poison is another man's drink. Min. wholesale for LLLL.com is already $33, considering you could hand reg them last month... where's the downside?

 

vurk.com I think you'll find a buyer in a year for that amount , I bought ewea.com from drop and got offer at sedo twice 750$ and 300 Euro . Rejected both
