    I listed in my auction that I may list a BIN if there was enough interest. I had several inquires about a BIN so I listed one. The auctions on DP have great flexibility and I see no difference in what I did and when people lower BIN's etc. People always have the option of bidding whatever they want in order to get the sale. Some people do not like the 24hr waiting. Why should this be something to be banned or even upset over? There was nothing wrong here. If there are rules against this or if this is unethical in any way please point out how or where.
