can you believe this guy, he posted a itrader rating for me saying I received the domain and requested a chargeback, unbelievable.

    The domain is: ZMQ.NET

Check the whois and judge for yourself whether I got the domain.
    http://who.is/whois-net/ip-address/zmq.net/

It belongs to namecheap, he probably never even owned it!

Is there a moderator here that can look into this?
Please review the trader rating that this guy has posted for me claiming that I received the domain,
PLease remove this rating and ban this guy from this forum.
I plan to persue this issue fully with paypal and others, including but not limited to sending them a copy of the whole thread and an export from the PMs with this person.

    Moderators, Please reply.

It's Namecheap's domain privacy service, so we wouldn't know who is the actual owner.

Thanks for that info, he must have picked a right domain to scam people out of their money,
however during this investigation with paypal and other authorities:

    1. Nameceap is being contacted for ownership clarification/ any transfers or changes
    2. The IP the domain point to is in Germany
    3. The whole thread and the PMs are exported and faxed to paypal.

This is not a matter of money (which luckily was only 300), but a matter of principal and business safety, forum ratings etc.
A lot of trading goes on through these forums and this type of behaviour has to be taken very seriously.

Also, tracing who receives the proceeds from the PPC on that domain WILL reveal the owner.
I may have been taken for $300, but I was not born yesterday and if this guy thinks that I wont spend anoth $1000 catching the fraud he or she is deeply mistaken. I have a large budget to do just that.

    Why wont this person reply?
Please respond either in this thread or to my numerous PMs.

Why would you do such a thing? Is it just the $300?

If you claim that you transferred the domain, lets contact namecheap and see where is the domain, whether or not you even owned it.

    PROOF!

I just got the reply form Namecheap

    ------
    Hello,

We can only confirm that this domain has no push history at a time of writing.
Let us know if yo need any further assistance.

    --

    NameCheap.com

    Ticket Details
    ===================

The email with headers, network trace, ticket number and Namecheap contact person is going to Paypal investigations as well as the authorities.

At least now its clear that the domain was never pushed and/or transferred, threfore the claim that he did push it is false.

My suggestion to everyone who wants to believe an old domainer (real old :)), DO NOT do trades with this person.

Moderators, please correct my iTrader at least if u can and ban this guy, while I finish this mess with paypal and this cheap crook.

i doubt the mods will do anything about it, but by all means, leave a negative iTrader, otherwise that guy will continue using his account to scam other people

As Nem0 said earlier, you need to know when something is just too good to be true. An LLL.net for $300. He could have sold it just as easily and fast for $500. It is never worth that risk. (I have been taught this the hard way)

I did like to suggest xwhois that do not get back,,,,do full investigation with paypal and other authorities, until some thing like tracing the IP of that user is known. It will be help full to catch them.

If you have that much budget then its really good, then only scammers will be lifted from dp.

    Good luck

mods here don't give a monkey's about scammers. That's why this forum is so rife with them. I doubt paypal will do anything to help either. I had a similar affair where somebody took $900 and ran without ever actually owning the name they 'sold' me. Paypal recovered $7 from his account and refused to do anything else.

Was you able to get your money back ??

BTW it's all your fault , LLL.net worth at least 650$ and if somebody is selling one for 300$ , you can think about scam right a way
