Those of you who make a full-time living from your internet marketing / internet-based businesses, what legal business structure / entity do you choose and why?

I am expecting to finally be forming an entity by the end of this year. I've been leaning toward an S Corp for the tax benefits, but still not sure since there is extra paperwork. With LLC, I don't think there is any tax benefit, only some liability protection.

    So what's working for ya'll?

I have two companies with LLC status, one hosting/content delivery and the second design/anaimation. If you have the time and a good accountant Corp Status may be for you, myself, I have zero time or desire to futz with paper work and would rather be on a flight for a client or project or in the studio making money.

It's up to you to determine if the tax benefits worth the extra cost and time involved.
