if it is something like me.com or co.com i think its worth millions as those can be then used to sell subdomains (just like 4u.com is selling its subdomains though encirca.com for more than $20 per year, and all famous names are registered. they seems to be making good money ) even a worst combination of two letter .com will get mid $$$$$, most will get $$$$$$ or more
