    does it generate any traffic from type-ins?..

    if not then it is not worth anything.. reg-fee

    As champ said, if it does not generate any traffic & revenue from typein traffic then I would say your best bet to increase the value of this name is to develop it. If not, it would worth the reg. fee

    The name is brandable, as the previous posters said your best bet is to develop it.
