I've heard about lot of options,
LLC AND CORPORATION registered for max 200$
Then open Bank Account (Need to go there physicaly?)

The last and important thing is to have an option for PayPal merchant account.

Looking forward to get some ideas.

I've heard avout $500 + other spending if you like accounting, posts, sertificates, etc.

As for bank account it was around $1500 for all spendings.

But it's not cheap as I can see, but will test soon

I am in the same situation as you. I am from Canada and thinking about incorporatin my online store. The best state to do this would be definitively Delaware. The average price is around 300$ with a registered agent. Since you are not from U.S. you will need to fill up form from the IRS to get your TAX ID also... and with that you can open a bank account... So basically you need your Corporate documentation + registered agent (someone that will represent you in the state where you incorporate) + Tax ID = U.S banking.

Companies will charge you around 1000$ to get you a bank account... which mean around 1300$ and up for whole package...

Lucky me I live in Canada...I can just pass the border and register with a bank with all the papers, which will cost me around 400 or 500$ in total.

    hope this can help...
