    This website allows user to type in registration and it confirms the car registration details. Then they can click a link to view photograph of car, and says they have been tricked. Can use CPA system for the viewing photograph. About 1,400 pages indexed in Google.
    This website just needs a bit of an SEO boost. The phrase 'caught speeding' is worth 8,000+ global monthly searches. The site could always be attached to another domain name that isn't a .uk TLD.

    Domain can be transferred via 123-reg internal transfer and I'll provide the winner with a ZIP file of all the required files and database dump.

    Revenue was made around June 2011, but not tried monetizing it since.
