Running a webcam chat site is a hard job, currently I have a team of admins and moderators in complete control of the site to make sure that there is no adult content posted or nudity on the cams in the chat rooms.

You can make money almost immediately using affiliate banners or membership charging, Adsense is not allowed on Chat Sites any longer, so what affiliate network you use is up to you, but so you know, you can not use Adsense.

The current average monthly earnings are as follows with the current traffic..

BeHappy2Day = $600 ($5 per signup)
AdultSense = $300 (CPC Network)
NudistFriends = $220 ($2 per signup)

I have experimented with many other affiliate and PPC networks, including my own, Broadads.com, which if I was a real publisher, would have earnt a further $100 a month, but I use the space to gain extra publishers and advertisers to that site.

It has been a long journey to get this site to where it is today and I will be honest, it needs a lot of work to get it ranking high again. At the best time, before the Google Penguin and Panda updates, I was almost touching 10k in unique traffic a day and can prove this with my Analytics account. If a new owner can work around the Panda and Penguin updates, the rankings could be achieved once again. The site has not been penalized for spam, I have already sent a reconsideration request and Google replied, so it is something else, although I have done my best to fix canonical issues, repeated tags etc in webmaster tools.

The site can be a little goldmine if done properly but I have to admit, I have let it slip over the last months, after the Google updates and I am not an SEO expert!
