Liveleak breaking Adsense TOC?

    How is this allowed?

I did a search for violent content.

    For example:

    "Police Tear Gas Non-Violent Protesters"

Google Adsense ads are right below the video. I thought it possible they might filter these out on violent videos but this seems not to be the case.

Isn't this a direct contravention of Google rules?

If not, then I might create a similar site myself!

I dont think thats violation in anyway - These sites are dynamic and pages are not designed specificly for any type of videos :)

    I just checked that link.

The Adsense I can see is right below the video, 468x60 text ad.

The pictures are uploaded by users.

I'm sure if I said to Google that my pages are dynamic and uploaded by users they would not accept it as an excuse.

I guess that if you are a big site, maybe they reach a deal or turn a blind eye......

It seems that there is no problem. You have done the valid thing.
