    Hi All,

I need help & advice on how best to handle this. I have 3 websites [ having three seperate URL's www.example.com, www.example1.com
& www.example2.com ] on CentOS 6.3 VPS having Cpanel in one account.

Now I want to install a Live Help Chat for all this 3 sites using one URL within the same account as www.livehelp.com.

This are basically folders under public_html folder.

Now the problem, what is best way to reduce the server overhead or looping back as each website URL will be calling
    the livehelp URL i.e. www.example.com calling www.livehelp.com, www.example1.com calling www.livehelp.com
    & www.example2.com calling www.livehelp.com

All livehelp.com code is basically a PHP & MYSQL code.

    Thanks

Consider to go with LivePerson chat software which allows one chat software on multiple websites. It provides with one ID which you can use on multiple websites.

Or you could try Zopim, they even have a free package, you can use the same account on multiple websites and it's not hosted on your servers, which means there's one less thing you need to worry about installing and managing.
