Live webcam on website

Can someone please tell me the simplest, cheapest way to get a webcam feed onto an html page?

The image will be pretty static but do want it to be as live as possible.

First make sure your webhost allows streaming video, some do not.

I think VLC and Windows Media Player both allow streaming you might want to try that? i used to stream music via WMP so i assume video can be also.

 

I did music via a WMP plugin for the site, I would assume it would be the same for video.
