    if you don't have the legal rights/permission to run the TV shows, it will be a copyright infringement and an Adsense TOS violation.

    It is not allowed, unless you have the license for the Live TV and it is perfectly legal!

    I doubt that you will be paying thousands of dollars to stream channels legally.

    The answer basically is no. Try a different advertising system.

    Even if you are doing it legally, you are putting your account into great risk, as you can't control the content of the streaming.

    If your showing the free streaming channels available then your fine with adsense.
