Live Tv streaming service?

So, i am wondering if some of you guys know a live tv streaming service. Watch popular USA channels Live streming through internet? In good quality.

There are a few out there, but as far as i know its hard to start one as you need broadcasting rights on tv channel content.

I always use wwitv.com to see the TV but the quality is not in HD.

 

I mean USA most popular channels: NBC, BBC, Fox; those kind of premium channels, doesnt matter if it isnt cheap.
