"live support" script

    Can anyone recomend a good free (or cheap) script for live support?

    so a customer clicks the link...and he is entered into a chat conversation with a real peson?

    We have been using http://www.craftysyntax.com/ software, does what if promises, easy to set up and you can have it on multiple sites with multiple service people.

    and above that: it's free :)

    I've tried Crafty's Live Help, and liked it. Usually comes with fantastico, which might be accessible from your control panel.

    You can try help centre live, it has a built in helpdesk were your clients can submit tickets. It also has the live help feature and its FREE!

    I've used phplive in the past, but it caused security problems eventually. It was a good product though. I think it's at osicodes.com
