    Livezilla is pretty good. I used phplive for a quite a while http://www.phplivesupport.com/ its not free but very high quality.

    Livezilla is good but you need to install on your own server. Gotlivechat.com is free and it hosts the server portion so it's a bit easier to implement.

    A more easy option is to embed a meebome widget in your page . check meebo
