Live support/chat software

    Not sure if this is the right place to post my question, sorry if it's not

    I am looking for a good live chat/support script (php preferable)
    I am currently using crafty syntax live help but I am having a lots of issues including slowing down the whole server.

    Any suggestions. I am looking for free and paid solutions

    Mainly support on www.phppod.com. Do you have reseller rights for the script? I don't need illegal software. Thanks

    Does it have an admin console? - software that runs on the local machine?

    I like Kayako Support Suite which also includes a helpdesk. You can get the standalone with just the live chat system but it's not as good of a deal.
