It has been out for a while now. Still only a limited beta.

 

Yes, I got two mails from them regarding an invitation.. but only did they actually allowed me to login...

Its kinda cool i like the new tools it shows your msn pr and ive added 3 of my best sites

 

SO it means they are sending the invitations not at the same time...
