Of course it does. Almost every search engine looks for that. I don't pay much attention to MSN. Do you get alot of traffic from them?

I rarely get listed on MSN :( lol.. everywhere else though!!! :D I think their bots have been hanging around my domains partying too long to remember to list them!!

...ya, they do like keyword rich domains like many of the other searches that actually work fairly well..

Live Search is not able to index all websites, that's why it's harder to get index or ranked on it. If 1 inlink gets you indexed on Google, need at least 10 for Live to find you.

Live search is pretty useless, I never get good results for my searches.

They have 1 big strange algorithm, can't even use it for my own usage..

Does pretty well for newer content. My site does extremely well in the Google SERPS except when it comes to new content strangely.

I've noticed that when I see how well my sites do on MSN/Live. If my domain name is similar to the search it does a lot better. I find that it is pretty easy to get listed on the first page of their index if you submit your pages to social bookmarking sites, but that's just my personal experience.

I agree, I have a site, that is brand new, but is #1 for its keyword/domain in MSN, and makes close to $100 per month in adsense. I can't wait to get the site TOP10 in Google. So I agree, keyword in domain in MSN is free traffic.

Brand new and #1 in MSN? Good for you. Maybe you should have aimed a little higher. I did the same thing with one of my sites.
