Well, I know that indexed pages are pages that have been crawled and added to Google's searchable index, but I don't know the difference between "live" index pages and other index pages, or if there even is such a thing... never heard of it.
Live Indexed Pages are the website's pages indexed by Windows Live search engine also known as Bing. The more indexed pages you have, the easier it is for the particular search engines to find your website. See also indexed by Google and Yahoo.
