Live, from L.A. by way of Seattle

    Hello world of DP,

    Who is Subpuppy?
    I'm the crazy guy who moved his family from Seattle to Los Angeles - yep, that's me. Funny thing is that I had the full support of my wife, so that makes us both crazy in the minds of most people. On top of that we brought with us our two Pit Bulls (remember: people fear that which they don't understand, so don't pre-judge them) and our, now, five-year-old son. After spending 36 of my 36 years in the Seattle area I felt it was time to dry out a little and move to way-sunnier-than-Seattle L.A. Shoot, I went swimming on February 10th this year in our (non-heated) pool! Can't do that in Seattle....

    What do I want to accomplish here?
    I have a few web sites that I manage, both personal and business, and I hope to enhance their performance by reading and participating in the online community of Digital Point. In the short amount of time I've spent collaborating with the patrons of this site I've already gained valuable insights into many things.

    I guess what I'm getting at is that I plan to consume the information from and participate in the various topics on this site for a long, long time. The power of online information exchange is a great thing.
