It ranks well for its keywords such as top fantasies, common fantasies but it took a long time to get to that! You are going overboard with the alt text for your images. Describe each image uniquely without repeating the text i.e. threesome sexual fantasy with 2 babes would be sufficient for the threesome image. Apart from that everything else looks good, plenty of reading material for the visitor and the bots to gobble up.
