I've heard of a few websites such as cashcrate.com and payperpost.com and reviewme.com. These websites will either have you fill out surveys, or review blogs and give you a small amount of money in return. Anyone else know of websites like this?

yeah right , you shouldn't wast your time i also spend my valuable time on such sites and found nothing. you should try sponsored reviews and smorty for blogging and posting to earn extra money. i use both.
