In Alabama we have had a below average summer, only 3 weeks of 90 degree weather where normally we have 75 days

Let Hope the weather stays this way, because normally the summers are crazy hot.

    Time to Chill.

There are articles posted on both the NASA site and Science.com that reported increased output from the sun during the height of the global warming mania.

Now that the solar activity is subsiding, there is actually about a 10% chance that the global warming nuts will cease their propaganda campaign.

You will never see Al Gore back down. It has made him a fortune and has made him the idol of millions. I think the Alex Jones business model did work for him.

Don't forget about the Roman Warming Period (~200 BC to 600 AD), which was also warmer than it is today. This has all been documented through ice core drilling in multiple parts of the planet and through recorded events in history.

The factor that we cannot control is the sun, and the output from the sun is not a constant. Of course, there isn't any money to be made by blaming the sun. :D

I personally am in favor of boiling this down to a fluke in our weather patterns because there is limited accurate statistics. However, there is nothing wrong with making changes to help our enviroment if at all possible. I think there is no doubt that we are very harmful beings.

I just can't help thinking whether or not this is true, we are constantly told to live in fear.
