    Hi all

I'm going to be working on:

    http://www.ukgraduatecareers.net/

The website was uploaded around april time and has been indexed by google:
    http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=site%3Ahttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.ukgraduatecareers.net%2F&btnG=Google+Search&meta=

The website has no registered back links when doing a "link" search in Google, but has 600+ in yahoo.

It is currently on page 3 for the search term:
    UK graduate careers

However, this isn't one of the terms that is to be targeted, they are:
graduate recruitment, graduate vacancies, graduate recruitment agencies, jobs for graduates and uk graduate recruitment.

These have varied amounts of results - some of which I think it could be relatively straight forward to gain a decent placement for.

Is there anything from an "on page" perspective that anybody can recommend, i've noticed that these key phrases are mentioned on the homepage, but linked to elsewhere and that the phrases aren't included in the title tag.

Off site, i know that directory submissions will be a good start to build up links, just wanted to grab a few opinions before I begin to do so! :D

Write articles and use those keywords in the articles.

How many articles would you recommend? I'd imagine the more the merrier?

With regards to the website itself, is there anything that you think should be changed? such as the page title or description? To me it looks a little vague.

I think you shoud start builing backlinks by link exchanges, and writing articles with keywords and links.
