    Hello DP'ers!

I ain't sure if I'm in the right place in posting this thread but for those who knew the best place for this, move the thread and let me know.

Anyway, I am planning to sell my well-established website. Yes, just a plan for now. This is my site: http://tinyurl.com/6k4g2k

My site is running for almost 9 months right now as of February. Here are my earnings for these months on my only site:
    (Net income approx)

June - net income $1900 (server cost: approx $200)
July - net income $2500 (server cost: approx $200)
August - net income $3300 (server cost: approx $400)
September - net income $2000 (server cost: approx $400)
October - net income $3400 (server cost: approx $400)
November - net income $2100 (server cost: approx $500)
December - net income $2400 (server cost: approx $500)
January - net income $1700 (server cost: approx $500)

Average = net income approx $2500

How much should I sell with this site? What will be the starting bid and what should be the BIN? Will it be nice if x12 of the average earnings or nicer if x15 or so?

    HELP please.

Again, I am not selling this site yet.

You should try SitePoint if you want to sell it :)
I'd suggest going for about $20,000. Start at $2,000

Oh. Yes, but I want to hear some suggestions first before moving up.

Start a auction in webmaster forums.
Reverse the site if the bid is lower than $20000 .

Is that possible? I have a question. If the BID doesn't reach the expected money I want in SitePoint, can I back out with the bidding? I mean, cancel the BIDs?
