Hi all, I'm building a new website now and it will provide people with the opportunity to watch their favorite TV shows online (like how i met your mother, big bang theory and others). It will be very basic and easy to use site that thinks only about giving my viewers what they want. I'm using WP for that. So my question is how to "give" them the episodes, so that I won't have troubles after that. Should it by with link from sites like Youtube where I can find the episodes (or upload them myself) or should i download them from a torrent tracker and upload them myself on the web site. This is my main problem because i want everything to be easy and clean but i don't want to have problems with the shows' companies for using there episodes for free. Other thing I would like to ask you is how should I try to earn money from this kind of site. Is it ok to put Adsence ? And will i get banned? Don't download them and upload them to your site if it is copyrighted content. Your site will get shut down if they report it to your web hosting company. Worse, you can get sued.
