Little cgi project ( will pay for the help )

i desperatly need a form built that asks for name , addresss and email , and when people submit i automatically get it in my inbox //

I would also need the person who makes this form apply it to my cpanel .

if anybody can do this for me i will pay them with pleasure ... thanks

 

Is this for a site you designed? If so, some of the html editors out there are able to do that for you. Site url?

 

i have no propblem making the form in dreamweaver , my problem is how to apply it using cgi in my cpanel .

Is there any reason why this needs to be CGI powered? I'm not very good with CGI but this is a sinch with PHP.
