I am thinking about putting in 50 a month towards adwords. Question is, will 50 a month get me much? Right now, I can deal with about 50
depends on your avg CPC If CPC is: 0.10 = 500 clicks 0.20 = 250 clicks 0.50 = 100 clicks 1.00 = 50 clicks If conversion ratio is 1% you should get 500 clicks = 5 sales 250 clicks = 2.5 sales 100 clicks = 1 sale 50 clicks = maybe 1 sale Adwords is a game of mathematics...
take action and learning by doing. You have to make try and error in adwords. Learn from aj22 in this forum. Make a landing page that match with your keywords.
i agree with Robert, depends on your bid cost. but even if you have keyword that cost as little as .10 cents, $50 isn;t really much to run a successful campaign. traffic doesn;t convert the same everyday or during all hours of the day. so to get optimal result, you need to run your campaign all day long which means $50 isn't enough per month. but if thats all you can do, then you can test the water and see how it works for you
If you know what you're doing, you can make money from this sort of budget. The problem is that you're going to get low traffic, so it'll take longer to work out which keywords are/aren't profitable, what percentage of your traffic converts (and hence what you can afford to pay per click) and which adverts work better/worse. So, it'll take longer to improve your campaign. I've written a brief guide here, that may be of some use... http://www.epiphanysolutions.co.uk/google-adwords/
