We have the following website for sale:

1.) It went live to Google on the 20th March 2012, immediately within hours hit first page sitting at no: 7/8

2.) Now it has gone up places:

3.) Now type in Google... what is litigation.........

Google.co.uk its: no 6, 1st page.
Google.com its: no 5, 1st page.

4.) The content is approx 17.5k unique words, keyword rich surrounding litigation, defamation, libel and slander, including: precedents templates/examples.

5.) It averages approx 150 + visitors a month, bare in mind its a new site.

6.) We have it listed on Sedo.

7.) The domain is Godaddy reg,

8.) Although the site is 12 weeks old it has already gained a pr1 ((Note: the .com version has No rank!!)lol)

9.) If you reside in Uk will prefer transaction to take place via bacs payment or to use an escrow, if paypal is to be used then all the exchange process will be screen shot to record (this prevents me from being scammed and that will have a legal come back)
