The site looks interesting I like the UI concept, some things you may could review and do are: 1. First page, lazy loading the images show the user that there are images being loaded 2. Some navigation text and link text were to gray to be easily readable.

You are welcome, maybe also you should take a look at http://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/ it might help you with caching, which would increase the loading time of your page.
It looks really nice, but is slow to load I'd suggest that when people click on an image they get the full size image with the little icons on top rather than having to click "view". Is it good to "flare" something, a bit close to flaming perhaps?
