    G'day All

I have noticed that some websites, mainly larger ones, when they are searched on google, not only do they return the standard listing, but underneath this, links to their main pages are also available

How do you get it so that your listing provides extra links underneath the standard listing like below. What is this called, and is it considered to be a better thing for the SEO of your website.

Australian Racing Board - Horse Racing
The Australian Racing Board is the peak governing Body for horseracing in Australia.

Yes its better. If you are using google webmaster tools than in that it called Sitelinks.

When you search for website google also shows related links of that particular domain and that is called sitelinks.

Sitelinks depends on value of your subpages.

Sitelinks are shown automatically -If your site is leet enough-
    You can't just generate them.

Or else everyone would be generating them, thus making them not so special
