Listen to this garbage from adcenter staff

    Ive had my adcenter account for 3 weeks. I do about $500 a day in adwords advertising. First two days I had my account setup my ad targetting that I clicked to target US and Canada had a "glitch" and targeted Tamil Nadu. When I fixed it again... the next day I was targetting Tanzania. The staff at adcenter seemed incompetent until.... I figured out they may really be. I targeted the keyword "Make Money On Ebay" one of my big winners from adwords and yahoo. Well, my ads haven't appeared on that keyword 3 weeks later and havent gone inactive. They've "escalated" the issue 5 times and today the tech I was on the phone with had the gall to tell me my ad was appearing on his Live.com search, but it is odd that I have 0 impressions in my account. He told me he would escalate the issue, but they usually just tell him I need to optimize my keywords. Now I know why adwords has pulled ahead. Anyone else deal with similar garbage?

    I never has good experience with MSN customer support. They just parrot what I already know and I ended up solving the problem myself. Microsoft is about Windowsm not internet.

    Yup Adcenter has poor support - and poor traffic. I've steered clear of them!

    ANY "big box" centers like MSN, Yahoo, AOL, Google etc... will all be like this. That's why I choose to do my business with smaller companies.
