i think it is illegal because it encourages warez... better clear your doubt from google , otherwise your adsense may be ban.
As long as you don't host any copywritted content on your site then its legal but the law still doesn't want people to have access to it, so if it becomes well known enough they'll try to nail you.
It's nice, basic, efficient, just a google main page, the most wanted square is a good idea. Would be nice to work a bit more on the logo.
