    However, it is possible to be listed in yahoo directory by free.

    Search the net you will find hundreds of web directories which accept free submissions. Many web directories are paid but some of them take very less amount. You will find useful.

    business.com is a commercial directoy which will only review your site with a fee of $299, while yahoo directory accepts free submission for non commercial sites.
