I would have suggested this site HERE but after sending this directory owner a message threw the submit form
(do to not having a contact us page) about the problematic URL structure he is having its very evident he doesnt
look at the submissions very closely. Lmao its now a "featured link"

I did a check on where he is from and found that he is argentine
so then i submitted the info again this time in spanish so he would
understand what i was talking about and yet he didnt bother to read after
i called him an "idiot" in spanish and he just accepted it

An honest directory of submission sites with descriptions etc. I used this just a few days ago and a few of the sites gave me fast submissions, one or two auto submissions also. smartlinks.us and a couple of others should aprove your link within a few days.. Theres several of them listed here and most are still good to go.
