List the best hosting plans with a 30usd/month budget

    I'm looking for a some really good hosting plans (no oversellers and I care more about how fast my site loads.)

    I'm looking for something for my "watch anime online" website.

    the site script is drupal so it barely uses up the cpu, but i need 99.99% uptime and constant fast speeds. the site has no downloads etc.

    please help me out :>

    I can offer you either a dedicated server for $30, Or hosting on one of our 3 servers which are way undersold. (USA 1 - cPanel, USA 2 - LXAdmin, Canada 1 - DirectAdmin) All servers have at least dual/quad core CPU's and 2GB's of RAM. We currently have 100% uptime on all servers.

    I'd like to have whm, 15gb(currently I use like 200MB) space i guess and 300gb bandwith (currently I use like 100gb) to start off with.
