However, as for me, the search engine optimization in india is really great enough! I have seen many kinds of Indian websites that are getting so good alexa and page rank and so on! That means they are really good at science and technology and internet marketing! ): In fact many softtware engineers come from there!!!

That is not the topic of discussion. .... I agree with OP on his point of view. One major reason which I can figure out is payment processing. Although I don't have any specific reason on Japan and China.
