    Hi

    We are a long established real estate company in Southern Spain with a large (6500+) portfolio, for which we are trying to acheive maximum exposure.

    We offer a partnership whereby you list our portfolio on your site (either XML feed or quick and easy web app) and any lead you generate who successfully buys from us will earn you either 20% or 50% of the gross commission (dependent on the partnership level we agree).

    Example: We sell 400, 000 Euro property, we receive 5% of sale price = 20, 000, you receive a) 20% of gross comm = 4, 000 EUR b) 50% of gross comm = 10, 000 EUR

    I know I'm degressing, but how does this ad network work? I don't like banner advertising, but it could be a good way of generating more links.
