Thanks for clarification , but there is something not clear with your epcom screenshot, it says you have almost 2M PageViews , with average $0.4 ( 0.3 to 0.5 ) which is 2M*0.4/1000= $800 , however your payment is 127 with eCPM = 127/2M=0.07 , could you illustrate more , as far as I know you get paid for impressions regardless of Ad performance which is represented with eCPM , this should only define the quality of your traffic for the advertiser and network for rate adjustments later but not for your daily payment , I think something is not clear for me here

CPA basis is really more effective, I work with Epom Market and recently tried PeerFly. Both are pro and worth your attention, EVEN if you're a small publisher/newbie

CPA probably is effective but when you have traffic which can convert in to something. CPM networks can increase your ratio if traffic has some value. We work in this way in Poponclick.
