It all depends on traffic, man. Some asian traffic is really required.

I completely agree with you a network cannot be good or bad just because some webmaster complaint it has low rate, what rate you can earn from a network it also matters on how good is traffic quality and every network pays good for good traffic

I have experience in both type I have SEO traffic which earns me way higher rate in same network and arbitrage or social traffic pays much lower rates, so its not the network which give low rate it also depends what we send to a network

if we send network garbage traffic we get gabage rate if we send good traffic we get good rate

yup traffic plays important role in what we get from a profesional network

according to my experience if a network pays higher rate than a traffic deserver then those network end up closing their network and not paying to members

 

+1 for the last statement. It's all logical, as soon as you're paying off a lot of money without any regard to how efficient this or that publisher is, you can't but end up with no money to pay off.

 

I hope this will not the case of zenoviaexchange. they pay higher rate, higher than any ad networks i'm using.

Your traffic must if good to get such rates and advertiser who are paying those high rates must be making good profit, then only it makes a senses for them to you, otherwise I don't think they will pay you from their own pocket

If they really have such good advertiesrs who are giving away more then what they making in profit, then thats different story

$14,000 is unrealistic figure from a cpm network unless a website has million or billions daily impression

i use tlv media and getting average of 0.1$ cpm for international traffic.
