    I doubt whether it would be useful,
    otherwise ban some countries such as India is really helpful for me.

    How do you define SPAM submissions? I would say repeated submissions from an IP to incorrect category or repeated submissions to paid directories 'without' paying should be called SPAM submissions.

    I am from India and I offer manual directory submission service. It's a pity that people resort to using software and SPAM techniques and give bad name to Indian submitters.

    I have been doing directory submissions for some websites that are now PR5-PR6 and most of the people are outsourcing their directory submission work so I don't think banning a country would be very useful.

    Thanks for sharing although I don't think its much use. Spammers use proxies and other tools to try get listed.

    I noticed when i removed recip option i got really whacked with spam submissions, managed to stop it though.
