I'm getting together a proposal for a new website for the boss. Our existing website is a total disaster and can't be saved, we need to do it over again. I'm getting some quotes from sitebuilder/SEO companies. I need SEO built into the site from day 1. But...what are the questions I should ask such companies? What should I be aware of? I want to get the best service possible. If I don't ask for it, they probably won't do it because they just want me out the door as soon as possible.
